Rupert Square

The Rupert, Idaho square is a lot of fun during the 4th of July. It's a true square that contains a pavilion with seating for concerts, a park, large shade trees, and picnic benches. During the 4th local groups surround the square with booths where you can buy food and other items. All the locals turn out for concerts and dinner.

My favorite is the St. Nicholas booth where you can buy good, authentic Mexican food. Another favorite is a booth selling homemade scones. It all makes for a good tradition.
